say that comparisons are odious, but take a look at all the courses and qualifications we have mentioned in this list (and will continue commenting, I'm afraid) and compare them with this:
and is being held at the University of La Laguna the 2010 edition of its course on science and pseudoscience , which since 2001 has done exactly what is expected of a university: to show what science is and what it is not , or deserves to be named, much less be taught in a college course. For this its program is divided into two modules, dedicated to providing "An Overview of contemporary science" and study the relationship between "The individual, society and pseudoscience."
Unfortunately it is not unusual to run such a course. Rather, as we see in this list, just the opposite. But I hope it sets an example and other universities to realize that the only pseudoscience has no place in them as well: as an object of study and as something to which the work of the universities themselves should oppose frontally.
