11/05/2008 Class Model "Brain" and Model "Prison"
Today in class of Organization and Management of Schools have worked organizational models such as "brain" and "prison." The professor has developed a participatory class in which some groups exhibited models and Lola asked questions to other colleagues, for all we participate. Then we will present the two models trabajdos in today:
"The brain and organizations"
Why say that organizations are brain? Because organizations
resemble the organization of the brain as they develop the information we get, the routinized, etc.
-Authors:
Alexander Simon: was known because it gave name to the bounded rationality, the person tries to do the minimum to achieve the maximum. Simon says that the brain has parts each make decisions that later join together ie complexity.
Karl, H. Pribram: think the universe is a hologram and through this I conclude that the brain is also a hologram, as organizations have different levels. Hologram memory and believes that intelligence is not in a particular part of the brain, but is found throughout the brain.

prison, relates to the myth of Plato's Cave, is like a self defense system, because it's like we're trapped like in reality and the myth of the cave.

Karl Weick: wrote on oriented processes to communicate, communication is the primary system for the construction of thought when it hosts, says the organization is releasing will go through three phases. He saw the organization as a system that collects information.
